Vehicle was in shop from May 27-June 13. Didn’t start working on vehicle until May 29. Explained st dropoff that vehicle was making a tapping sound indicative of lifters. Expressed that again on May 29 when talked to service advisor, and he said there was a bad fuel injector and lifters had been replaced a year ago. Arrived to get vehicle on June 2 at 4:30, only to be told vehicle was still smoking. June 5, advisor called and stated lifters on one side needed replacing. Was told vehicle would be ready beginning of next week. I had to show up on June 13 to talk in person to either advisor or manager due to lack of communication. Throughout whole process, I would call and leave messages with no return call at time for a day at a time at times. Had to express issues of having to pay twice for opening engine when advisor was told initially that lifters were making noise. He assured me more than one time that ALL the lifters had been replaced. Main problem was lack of communication, resulting in me having to go to dealership in person to talk to staff. Also, no loaner available, so I had to pay for a rental for extra days because advisor would not listen to customer about parts needing to be fixed.

I made the appointment for an oil change and vehicle check online. I got there right before my appointment time. They didn’t seem to know I had an appointment. I posted online to use my reward points and I told the service manager that I wanted to use my points also. Two hours later. After I questioned about my vehicle, they were checking on it. When finished, they didn’t even have my points being used. I questioned it at checkout and she said she didn’t know and no way to look…..finally I gave it to them.

This is the most efficient the dealership's service department has been in my experience over the past several years. I got my tires rotated also and none of my tires psi is showing on my dashboard anymore. It's just showing lines. It has never done this in the past when I've gotten my tires rotated. I don't know what to do to fix it and it was showing before I got them rotated.

We were headed out of town was given rental on our way out of town was notified our truck was fixed when we were told it was gonna take a few days to fix we had to turn around we were 45minutes out because Chevrolet will not pay for the rental because our truck was fix I will never buy a Chevrolet product again we have had trouble with the brakes on this 2023 Tahoe and each time told it was the computer but no one telling us why it keeps happening I’m sure they are waiting on the warranty to ware off

My truck was at your dealership for 23 days. I believe that is mainly because Buck Parker was very busy. He was very busy because he is very good at diesel work. Buck was very knowledgeable and also very kind to me. Five stars for Buck. Solution to the 23 day wait, find a second Buck. Good luck with that search. What ever the dealership is paying him, it’s probably not enough.

It was rough! First of all 37 days to have transmission work done with some normal fluid updates and the antenna covering replaced replaced. No rentals available until 24 days in. Communication was terrible; very little response to inquiries of vehicle status… all around an unacceptable experience

I was in for a routine oil change, and the Service Dept got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I cannot give a 5-star rating for this visit, is because I mentioned an issue I was having with transmission "shimmying" seemingly related to going in-and-out of Overdrive. The service person said they would investigate the issue. upon completion of the service, my name was called to settle my bill, and my truck was parked in the exit lane with the key inside, and I didn't get a response to the transmission issue.
